Problem: SEDA had a backend on their web site that allowed them to edit homes available and many other features, but changes in the database structure for updates to the web site as well as a host change and change of developers left them without the ability to edit their database.

Solution : Taking the existing database, we were able to build a clean, completely new backend. The new backend had additional features that allowed them to do more with their existing web site

By updating the backend we were able to make it possible for the existing web site to be used. Often customers are asked to start fresh in these cases, costing them a large amount of money, since many developers wouldn't be willing to fix the problem.

Additionally, we were able to incorporate a system that allowed them to upload their own images into a JQuery slide shows based on PHP. (Saving them from having a designer upload and edit files, thus saving them much more than the cost of the addition)

Problem: What if your company needs a Project Manager, Billing system, Help ticket system and more and just can't find one that works the way your manager's need?

Solution : Build a custom system that does it all! Yea, we are blowing our own horn here, but we can do this for you! The system tracks customer changes, due dates, reminders, payments, billing, bills both paid and unpaid. It also handles customer and developer uploads.

Problem: With a fully deigned web site and inches from the goal line of fully launching their web site, Associated Medical Office Experts hit a wall with their prior web design firm. They couldn't implement the payment system that AMOE desperately need within a time frame and budget that they felt was reasonable.

Solution: In less than a week, we move their web site, removed a highly restrictive CMS system, added a forum, fixed the payment issues by integrating Authorize.net's Secure Automated Reoccurring Billing system and had them ready to launch. We were so impressed with their business plan, we even joined their list of Experts.

Problem 1: Frank Speeder needed to upload a large number of images for proofs of photo sessions.

Solution 1: An upload program that automatically thumbs (resizes) images and creates dynamic pages for their viewing, saving the client hours of customizing web pages after each photo shoot.

Problem 2: Client needs to provide proofs of photo shoots for clients, without allowing the general public to view them.

Solution 2: A secure login system was created that provides their clients with login information, password resets and information about new uploads, automating the uploading and security of proofing.

Problem: IMG has an extensive number of customers that all require customized, printable application forms available to their customers..

Solution: Applications system is created that is database driven. Allowing changes to be made on different applications without rebuilding the library of printable applications. Changes that took days to accomplished can now be done in a matter of minutes.

Problem 1: Lubi's required a coupon system that would allow printable coupons to be offered to customers with expiration dates two weeks in the future on them.

Solution 1: A dynamic PDF coupon generation system was installed that automatically presents the customer with a coupon with the correct expiration date on it without any maintenance requirements.

Problem 2: Lubi's wanted to have a printable menu that allowed price changes without having to regenerate the menu PDF file and the online menu.

Solution 2: The menu was placed in a database which allowed the online menu to be generated dynamically as well as the printable PDF file.

Problem: Luke and Mark Kramer required high quality video streaming in Quicktime format.

Solution: Darwin Streaming Server was used to allows high quality full streaming of large format Quicktime files.

Problem: Fundraising Solutions required a fully automated, secure communication system to run their fundraising golf tournaments, communicate with clients, track pledges and donations, follow-up on payments and organize events.

Solution: A custom system was developed that included email, fundraising functionality, member login, sponsor invitations and tracking and payment tools. This custom solution was designed as the centerpiece of their fundraising operations.

Problem: Homefinder Realty wanted a customized IDX solution for the real estate business that would make their web site superior to those of their competitors.

Solution: An IDX system was developed using data from NEFMLS system that allowed the client to build custom searches, MLS neighborhoods and present their customers with a far better and fast experience when looking for a home.

Problem: Janice and Mike Newton wanted to offer their customers, both local and nationwide, with a shopping experience that allowed them to create highly customized orders. Traditional shopping carts have many advantages, but highly customized experiences are difficult.

Solution: A shopping cart was created that allowed customers to create the order with the options that they needed being careful to offer items, such as local delivery, to customer that were in the proper delivery areas. The system also takes payments via Authorize.net through a custom solutions developed by MagicAngel.net.

Problem: Bob Moore had a great idea. Sell Flooring. Seemed simple enough, but flooring is a very complex product and standard, off the shelf carts, can't product the customization that Bob needed to get his cart optimized for his customers shopping experience.

Solution: A custom shopping cart and check out process was created for The Flooring List. This allowed the very complex product to be displayed, searched and entered easily. The cart contains flooring lists, payments, shipping and even a rating system.

Problem: Tom Rineberg needed a system that would allow PayPal payments and a follow-up with an automated email drip campaign.

Solution: A custom IPN solution was developed for the customer that allowed the customer to take online Paypal payments and an automated email drip campaign would email visitors once a week for a number of weeks, asking the customers to make further purchases.

Problem: Mary Ann Carlson needed a safe and secure way to electronically get customer data from their accounting and tax clients that would not expose her customers to the fraud risks of open communications.

Solution: A 128-bit encrypted communication system was setup to allow customers to upload and download files securely.

Problem: US Delivery needed 100% uptime for their web site.

Solution: A system was designed that allowed the customer to be bi-locational. Their web site is located on two different servers in different data centers and the data is duplicated on both systems. Should an outage occur, the system can be switched to the remote system.
