Client Manager: The MagicAngel.net Client Manager is a unique tool developed exclusively by MagicAngel.net to add in the communication between us and our clients.  Using the client manager, you can:

• View your project status
• Determine what we need you to do or provide to us for your project
• Post comments and questions
• Respond to our requests
• See a history of your project and exactly what the developer has left on their to-do list.
• Review paid and outstanding invoices
• Get weekly reminders
• Setup remembers that arrive on specific dates to remind you to perform web site related tasks
• Get estimates

Email: We respond to your emails.  We work for you.  It is our responsibility to communicate with you.
Telephone: We answer our phone whenever possible. If we aren’t in client meetings, we answer the phone, it is that simple.  We answer our phone when we are trying to sell you a web site and when you are calling us to thank us after the project is finished and in between.   If we are in a meeting, we will get back with you right away.  There is no need to try us more than once.
Technology: We will help you implement the best web technology to suit your needs and the needs of your customers.   We will tell you if you are requesting something outside of our area of expertise.  Not every web design company is suited for every project.  We will give you an honest assessment of your needs and our capabilities. 
Hosting:  We host our own web site on our own servers. (located at thePlanet.net in Dallas, TX)  We are totally responsible for our servers; our technical peoples maintain and upgrade our own servers.
Spam: Our spam scanning services are second to none.  We reduce your spam, so you don’t have to worry about it.  You'll have to do your part, but we will do ours.
Security: Our web sites use the latest methods to increase the security of your web site to ward off hackers who can damage your web site, reputations and harm your business.
PCI DSS & HIPAA Compliance: We are PCI DSS and HIPAA compliant in our design work and in our hosting. This is no small feat. It takes hours each month to maintain compliance.
Speed: Don’t be fool by price and available space.  Price is the last thing you should consider when looking for a hosting company.  Space is only a factor if you actually need it.  Most large web sites are less than 100mb in size.  300gb of space is nice, but useless if you only need 100mb.  Speed and reliability are the two factors that make the difference between quality hosting and inexpensive hosting.

Marv Conn, Owner, MagicAngel.net	The owner of MagicAngel.net is Marv Conn Prior to starting MagicAngel.net, Marv Conn worked as a Systems Analyst for Prudential, then Aetna US Healthcare.  In 2004, the Aetna Systems Division he worked for was closed and Marv was laid-off.  As a Mainframe Systems Analyst in Jacksonville, jobs were scarce, so he decided to create his own job and formed MagicAngel.net, a web design and hosting company.
Marv’s unique computer engineering, systems and programming backgrounds came in handy with his unique approach to web design, focusing on technical expertise and customer service, two areas often lacking in startup web design companies.   Growing from a small company with just one client in late 2004 to having over 130 active clients in 2012, MagicAngel.net, under Marv’s leadership is now a well established design company.   Marv graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1994. Interesting facts: Lived in Misawa, Japan from 1982-1985, Was a Photographer's Mate in the US Navy and was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Technology Disclosure Outsourcing - We out source 20-30% of our work to independent contractors, artists and specialists. We manage the project for you and you will not have any contact with the independent contractor. Licensing - We currently resell the following products (resellers sell products and keep a portion of the fee) • Xcart Shopping Cart • Authorize.net • CDG Commerce (Merchant Accounts) • Rapid and Comodo SSL certificates • Snippet Master • Milonic Menus • Your Mailing List Provider Hosting - We are not a hosting reseller. We lease our own servers and sell hosting on them. We provide your hosting support, there are no third party technicians involved. Our servers are PCI DSS Compliant and HIPPA compliant.
